Responsibilities
₹ Organise classroom lessons and coursework
₹ Prepare learning materials and activities
₹ Assign homework and interesting exercises
₹ Identify students with special requirements and create individualised plans
₹ Provide feedback based on workload and classroom behaviour
₹ Keep a clear and comprehensive record of students' attendance and progress.
₹ Manage classroom crises and resolve conflict
₹ Inform parents about their children's performance through reports and Parent Teacher Meetings.
₹ Collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to foster a good student experience
₹ Research child development and Waldorf education
₹ Research new language teaching approaches including ones used in Waldorf education

₹ Content development for events (Olympics, Sports Day, Annual Day, Drama Scripts, etc)
₹ Proofreading content (Readers, emails, reports, etc) Requirements and skills
₹ Previous experience as an English teacher
₹ Knowledge of various teaching methods
₹ Deep understanding of the IGCSE curriculum and English language requirements
₹ Exceptional organisational and communication skills
₹ A warm, patient and resilient personality
₹ Dedication to students and education
₹ MA in English Language or English Literature is a plus
₹ Experience of teaching in an alternative school/educational institution is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
