We are looking for a committed and dynamic

Teacher Mentor

to work closely with teachers and school leadership in strengthening teaching-learning practices and ensuring an engaging classroom experience for students. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore or Erode.

willingness to travel regularly

between campuses.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's / Master's degree in any discipline Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written) Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with teachers to plan, design, and implement effective learning strategies Provide mentoring and guidance to improve classroom practices Assist in monitoring teaching quality and student progress Coordinate training sessions, classroom observations, and academic activities Work effectively as part of a team-oriented environment
