Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and creative

Math Special Teacher

who can make mathematics fun, relatable, and accessible for children from pre-primary to 10th grade. The ideal candidate should be able to design and deliver engaging sessions that focus on building strong foundational concepts, problem-solving abilities, and a love for numbers. The candidate will also be responsible for training the teachers at Khusiyon Ki Paatshala teacher. The candidate will be working for 6 hrs from Monday to Saturday. The working hours will be flexible depending on the needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct interactive math sessions aligned with the program's learning goals. Use creative methods (games, storytelling, real-life applications) to teach mathematical concepts. Adapt teaching strategies to suit the diverse learning levels of students. Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and identify learning gaps. Provide individual or group support for students needing extra help. Share regular feedback with the reporting head and participate in training sessions. Assess teacher's training needs, devise a plan, conduct training and assess the learning outcomes periodically.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (B.Ed. preferred). Prior experience teaching math to children (preferably in a low-resource or community-based setting). Strong understanding of child-centric and activity-based pedagogy. Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching. Basic knowledge of using teaching aids. Familiarity with National Education Policy (NEP) goals and foundational literacy programs.

Preferred Skills:

Fluency in English and Hindi. Creativity in lesson planning. Ability to connect with children and build trust. Willingness to work in community spaces.

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
