Key Responsibilities/ Job description

Teach and mentor students of

primary/Secondary (Class 4 to 12 )

in an engaging and effective manner. Create lesson plans that integrate

modern teaching methodologies

with core academics. Focus on

conceptual understanding, critical thinking, and activity-based learning

. Manage classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning environment. Evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and interactive assessments. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities, workshops, and events. Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student performance and growth.

Qualifications & Skills Required

Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent. Prior teaching experience in a school/institute preferred. Strong command over English and Hindi (both spoken and written). Passion for teaching and mentoring young learners. Creativity in delivering lessons using digital tools, activities, and real-life examples. Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
