Subject Teacher (All Subjects)

Job Summary:

The Subject Teacher is responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering effective lessons in the assigned subject, ensuring academic progress and holistic development of students in accordance with the school curriculum and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver lessons as per the prescribed syllabus and academic calendar Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, worksheets, and assessments Assess and evaluate students' academic performance regularly Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessment, and student progress Provide remedial teaching and additional support where required Create a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment Encourage student participation and critical thinking Communicate with parents regarding academic progress and behavior Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school activities Follow school rules, policies, and professional ethics Support co-curricular and extracurricular activities as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Graduation/Post-graduation in the relevant subject B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (as per school norms)

Skills & Competencies:

Strong subject knowledge Good communication and interpersonal skills Classroom management skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning levels Basic computer and digital teaching skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
