Assistant Electrician Trainer

to deliver skill-based training under government/CSR-funded skill development programs. The trainer will be responsible for imparting both theoretical knowledge and hands-on practical training as per

NSQF standards

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver classroom and practical training for the

Assistant Electrician

course Follow NSQF-aligned curriculum and training modules Demonstrate electrical wiring, installation, maintenance, and safety practices Ensure adherence to electrical safety norms and tools handling Maintain attendance, training records, and assessment documentation Prepare trainees for assessments, certification, and employment Coordinate with project coordinators and sector skill councils Participate in monitoring, audits, and inspections when required

Eligibility & Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Electrician Trade (Mandatory) Certified Trainer (ToT/ToA preferred) Minimum

2-5 years

of industry or training experience Sound knowledge of electrical wiring, panels, motors, and safety standards Good communication and trainee-handling skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
