Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum (or relevant board). Create a stimulating, student-centered learning environment. Assess student performance and maintain accurate academic records. Provide timely feedback to students and parents. Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners. Promote positive behavior and classroom management. Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school events. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery. Uphold school policies and professional standards.

Job Requirements:

Mandatory:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or relevant subject area. B.Ed (for primary and secondary positions) -- preferred. Minimum

2 years of teaching experience

(Cambridge/IGCSE exposure is a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about teaching and student development. Excellent classroom management skills. Applying For Pre Primary, ECCE is mandatory.

Desirable:

Experience with Cambridge/IGCSE curriculum. Ability to use technology effectively in teaching. Creative and innovative approach to lesson planning.
