A leading client of CareerBricks is hiring Communication Skills Faculty to deliver interactive spoken English and soft-skills programmes for students, professionals, and corporate groups. You will design lesson plans, conduct engaging classroom or virtual sessions, assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to diverse learner needs.
Responsibilities include preparing curriculum-aligned materials, using multimedia resources, conducting group activities and role-plays, evaluating performance through assessments, and reporting outcomes to program leads. Strong presentation skills, patience, and an ability to create a positive learning environment are key.

Requirements
Graduate; certification in English/Linguistics/Teaching preferred
2-7 years' experience in teaching/training (depending on seniority)
Clear spoken English, strong communication, and classroom facilitation skills
