Roles & Responsibilities

She should have a pleasing personality and be well dressed. Use a variety of different educational techniques (for example storytelling, playing games, media presentations etc.) to teach children She should be creative in planning her displays and all aspects of teaching. She should be sensitive to the needs of children along with being loving and patient. She should possess classroom management, good communication skills along with being aware of the developmental milestones. She should be systematic, organized and is expected to follow the curriculum provided. She should be a change initiator and flexible to new ideas and ways of working. She should be a performer so that the learning becomes interesting for the children. Monitor children's interactions and nurture cooperation and sharing Oversee children in order to make sure they are safe Adhere with all relevant health and safety standard.

Qualification

ECCEd/Montessori trained Untrained candidates should enroll themselves for ECCEd before getting the appointment letter Previous working experience as Kindergarten Teacher Graduate degree in education or similar relevant field Any additional teaching and/or educational license/certificate will be an advantage In-depth knowledge of child development and latest education theories and practices Must enjoy working with children Creative and artistic teaching abilities Great amount of patience and flexibility Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
