Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging lessons on employability skills to students. Provide individual and group support to students to help them achieve their career goals. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation. Collaborate with other team members to develop and improve curriculum and teaching materials. Monitor and track student attendance and performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for education and helping others succeed.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary:

?13,000 per month.

Room Rent Support:

Up to ?3,000 per month to help with accommodation costs.

Training:

Extensive training program provided, with all expenses paid by Freedom Employability Academy (FEA).
