Job Summary:

Facilitate learning through play, activities, and structured lessons designed to promote intellectual, social, and emotional growth in young children. Create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children feel safe and encouraged to explore and learn.

Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development:

Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans based on educational standards and developmental milestones. Integrate creative activities, stories, songs, and art to enhance learning experiences.

Classroom Management:

Maintain a structured and organized classroom environment conducive to learning. Manage student behavior and encourage positive interactions among children.

Individualized Support:

Assess each child's development and progress, providing individualized attention and support as needed. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to address concerns and promote children's overall development.

Health and Safety:

Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom and on the premises. Follow health and safety protocols, including hygiene practices and emergency procedures.

Professional Development:

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.

Pay: ?9,861.55 - ?15,000.00 per month
