Key Responsibilities

1. Instructional Support & Teacher Development
Collaborate with teachers across grades to integrate technology meaningfully into classroom learning.
Co-plan and co-teach lessons to model effective digital integration.
Guide teachers in designing technology-enhanced, inquiry-based learning experiences.
Provide coaching, feedback, and professional support through reflective practice.
Help teachers use digital tools to support diverse learners and enhance student engagement.

2. Curriculum & Program Development
Lead the development of a
Digital Literacy Curriculum
aligned with international standards and school learning goals.
Ensure technology supports inquiry, conceptual understanding, collaboration, and creativity.
Recommend age-appropriate digital tools, apps, and platforms for classroom use.
Support cross-curricular projects and student-led innovation through technology.
Implement and promote a consistent
Digital Citizenship Framework
across the school.

3. Data & Assessment
Help teachers use digital tools for formative and summative assessments.
Promote data-driven decision-making using dashboards, analytics, and digital portfolios.
Guide teachers in tracking student growth and using data to enhance instruction.

Plan and lead
workshops, coaching sessions, and professional learning communities (PLCs)
focused on digital teaching strategies.
Support teachers in achieving professional goals related to technology integration.
Stay updated on global trends in EdTech and share best practices with staff.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree
in Education, Technology Integration, or a related field.
Strong teaching experience with proven expertise in
technology integration
within an international or progressive school context.
Excellent understanding of

Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
