Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic professional who can balance the dual responsibilities of teaching young learners and coordinating academic activities. The role involves nurturing children in the classroom while ensuring effective curriculum planning, staff mentoring, and smooth academic operations at the preschool.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging, age-appropriate classroom sessions fostering holistic child development. Plan and implement curriculum in alignment with school standards. Coordinate and mentor teachers for lesson planning and classroom management. Ensure effective execution of academic policies, teaching methodologies, and learning resources. Monitor classroom activities, conduct academic audits, and maintain quality benchmarks. Address and resolve parents' academic concerns in a professional and supportive manner. Organize events, activities, and assessments to enrich the preschool experience. Collaborate with management on strategic academic planning and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development or related field. Prior experience as a Preschool Teacher; coordination/mentoring experience preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with empathy and professionalism. Passion for early childhood learning and development.
