Job Description

As a Teach Manager - Child Development, you will have a dual role. Along with managing 2-3 learning centres across India, you would also be a part of a team of Child Development subject area experts for the organization who ensure that all our learning centres are achieving all the curriculum outcomes (academic and life skills curriculum) and other Child Development Programme outcomes that we've set for the learning centres.



Given below are the roles and responsibilities along with the skills of a Teach Manager (Child Development):



? Plan, develop, implement and revise our academic and life-skills curriculum.


? Support learning centres to implement remote learning successfully.


? Revise and update lesson plans for teachers and assessments for students on a timely basis.


? Constantly identify needs, collect feedback, and improve existing content.


? Have a vision for the end-of-end delivery of the programme to all our students.



Skills Required in an Ideal Candidate:



? Excellent planning, organizing, and driving skills.


? Have an aptitude for research.


? Creativity and the ability to ideate.


? Proactive and result-oriented.


? Ability to analyse data and interpret programme impact.
