Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Tea Maker with strong expertise in Tandoori Chai preparation to join our cafe team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in making a variety of tea beverages, maintaining hygiene standards, and delivering consistent taste and quality to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare Tandoori Chai with authentic flavor and presentation.*

Make a variety of tea beverages including cutting chai, masala chai, ginger tea, lemon tea, etc.*

Ensure proper handling of kullads (clay cups) for Tandoori Chai.*

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the tea counter.*

Manage tea ingredients, milk, sugar levels, and inventory.*

Maintain consistency in taste and quality for every order.*

Serve customers politely and maintain a friendly environment.*

Follow safety and cleanliness standards at all times.*

Assist in basic cafe operations when necessary.*

Requirements:

Experience in making Tandoori Chai (mandatory).*

Minimum 1-2 years experience as a tea maker or cafe staff.*

Ability to work in fast-paced cafe environment.*

Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety.*

Good communication and customer service skills.*

Hardworking, punctual, and reliable.*

Pay: ?7,000.00 - ?8,000.00 per month
