Job Description

Tea Preparation and Service:

Preparing and serving a wide range of teas, including hot and cold beverages, according to customer preferences and specifications.

Inventory Management:

Managing and maintaining the stock of tea leaves, brewing equipment, and other supplies.

Customer Service:

Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Team Training:

Training other staff members on tea preparation, service, and related knowledge.

Blend Development:

Potentially creating new and innovative tea blends.

Workspace Maintenance:

Ensuring a clean and organized workspace, including tableware and equipment.

Cultural Ambassadorship:

Sharing knowledge about tea culture and traditions through presentations, workshops, and other events.

Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month
