We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Tea and Snacks Maker to prepare a variety of traditional teas, coffees, and light snacks for our customers. The ideal candidate should have experience in making South Indian/Kerala-style tea, coffee, and snacks, maintaining taste consistency, cleanliness, and speed of service.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare different types of tea and coffee (including Kerala special chaya, lemon tea, ginger tea, etc.) as per restaurant standards.
Cook and serve light snacks such as pazhampori, vada, parippu vada, samosa, cutlet etc.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the preparation area at all times.
Follow safety and hygiene standards as per restaurant policy.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a tea/coffee maker or snacks maker in a restaurant or tea shop.
Knowledge of Kerala/South Indian style snacks and beverages.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or tea shop.
Ability to introduce new varieties of snacks and beverages.
Strong customer service mindset.
