1. Job Summary

We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic Tea Makers and Juice Makers to join our reputed restaurant team. The ideal candidates should have prior experience in preparing a variety of hot and cold beverages while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, speed, and customer satisfaction.

2. Key Responsibilities

Tea Maker:

Prepare and serve various types of tea (regular, black, green, masala, etc.) according to restaurant standards.

Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.

Maintain cleanliness of the tea counter, utensils, and storage area.

Manage inventory of tea ingredients and report shortages promptly.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

Assist during busy hours and support other kitchen or service staff as required.

Juice Maker:

Prepare fresh juices, milkshakes, mocktails, and other cold beverages as per menu.

Wash, peel, cut, and store fruits properly to maintain freshness.

Ensure correct portioning and consistency in taste and presentation.

Keep the juice counter clean and organized at all times.

Monitor stock levels of fruits, ice, and related items and report any shortages.

Follow hygiene and safety protocols at all times.

3. Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant, cafe, or juice bar.

Knowledge of beverage preparation and basic kitchen hygiene.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pleasant attitude and customer-friendly behavior.
