Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Pantry and Spicy Deep-fried Snack Expert, specializing in Indian cuisine. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Indian culinary traditions, particularly in sandwich making and the preparation of spicy deep-fried snacks. This individual will be responsible for creating innovative and authentic dishes, maintaining high-quality standards, and contributing to the overall success of our culinary offerings.
Responsibilities:

Menu Development

: Design and develop a diverse menu of sandwiches and spicy deep-fried snacks inspired by

Indian flavorsand ingredients. Stay updated with culinary trends and incorporate new ideas into the menu.

Recipe Creation:

Create original recipes for sandwiches and deep-fried snacks, balancing flavors, textures, and presentation to delight our customers. Ensure that recipes are authentic, innovative, and reflect the essence of

Indian cuisine*.

Ingredient Sourcing:

Source high-quality ingredients, spices, and condiments required for sandwich making and deep-frying. Establish relationships with local suppliers to ensure freshness and authenticity of ingredients.

Food Preparation:

Oversee the preparation and cooking of sandwiches and spicy deep-fried snacks in accordance with established recipes and standards.

Quality Control:

Maintain strict quality control standards to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish prepared. Conduct regular tastings and evaluations to monitor the quality of ingredients and finished products.

Kitchen Operations:

Manage kitchen operations efficiently, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and sanitation practices. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to create a clean and safe working environment.

Customer Satisfaction:

Work closely with the management team to understand customer preferences and feedback. Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional food and service.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to streamline operations, share ideas, and maintain a positive work environment.

Schedule: Day shift

Shift Timing - 8 am to 7 pm

Experience:

Cooking: 1-2 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities:



Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to the specified recipes and standards of the brand. Monitor food stock levels and communicate with the kitchen manager to order ingredients as needed. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow and timely preparation of orders. Adapt to customer preferences and dietary requirements as necessary.

Requirements:



Proven experience as an Indian Cook(snacks Item) or similar role in a restaurant or culinary setting. In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious dishes. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
