Introduction: This role reports to the Head of Special Projects and Continuous Improvement for the transaction cycle, with a strong focus on executing an engagement strategy that supports the Talent & Development goals and objectives. Collaborating with members from across all teams within the TC and the wider function to deliver against our strategic priorities as well as supporting an external marketing strategy designed to position Barclays as a great place to work What will you be doing Manage and coordinate the Talent and Development (T&D) monthly communications and engagement forum, ensuring that accountabilities are understood in line with the RACI and engagement in the forum is consistent and continuous. Oversee the activities of junior members of the team who operate the forum. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the T&D book of work including run the bank activity and strategic projects, in order to guide and consult on the communications and engagement strategy Continuously enhance and embed the engagement strategy across the T&D transaction cycle (TC) by ensuring communications outside of the TC are connected, leveraging opportunities for the TC to join up initiatives and campaigns where ever possible Enhance and operationalise a robust communication and engagement process and governance for the TC, continuously improving processes and ways of working to further enable best practice across the TC Review communication to ensure they are clear, compelling, tailored to the audience and shared through the most appropriate channel. Everyone is suitably informed and has an understanding of the key messages and actions. Coordinate and manage TC roadmap updates, to support the transparency and accessibility of the TC products and services through the lens of the end user to ensure their needs are met. Manage the TC collateral and artefact library to ensure consistent use of TC information Support the Head of Development Campaign and Engagement to shape and drive an external social media campaign Support ad-hoc projects to drive the TC strategy What we\'re looking for: Experience working within a governance model Extensive stakeholder management experience, in a global environment Confidently able to prioritise multiple deliverables Ability to apply tools and techniques for anticipating, identifying and resolving problems in a diverse range of situations.
