Job description:- .Manage customeraccounts for their end-to-end service transition /migration .Informing customersabout the process to the scheduling of appointments and service activation (viaSMS / Calls) .Effective andefficient use of all relevant systems to access information and providerelevant solution for the customer . &nbs p Engage customers byutilising effective questioning techniques to identify issues / process /technical dependencies .Time management andability to prioritise workloads to meet client given targets .Meet all productivityand quality performance measures related to the role .Manage work in linewith the designated processes and requirements .Achieve outstandingcustomer service through resolution of issues / process dependencies .Escalate to theappropriate group or leader if unable to successfully resolve the issue .Communicateeffectively and positively with field technicians and other key stakeholders .Analytical andtechnical skills (e.g., database, telecommunication systems), technicallyappropriate communication skills, clear understanding of all processes / workinstructions and an understanding of network and products specific to the role
