Accounting & Finance - B.Com/ M.Com, ICWA, CA







Manage the Company Financials Delivery with the Equity Capital Market team distributed over global delivery centers with strong understanding of Company Financial Reports and timely delivery with high accuracy.



Experience of business sourcing in equity capital market with thorough understanding of capital market segment and various products offered under the capital market segment including but not limited to Company Financial Reports, Broker And Analyst Reports, Fixed Income products - Corporate Bonds etc. Candidate needs to have an overall experience of 10 years, of which a minimum 5 years of in independently managing large assignments in capital markets and financial information services.



Knowledge of reading and interpreting financial data and financial statement analysis



Lead a team of 100-200 team members across various streams in Company Financials distributed globally across different geographies, timezones and cultures
