Automation Testers

Must-Have Skills

Strong understanding of full system life cycles. Knowledge of quality assurance practices and tools. Experience in automated or manual testing for web and client-server environments. Ability to write test cases, test plans, structured test methodology, and use cases. Hands-on experience in developing test scripts, execution, and reporting. Proficiency in API testing, Postman, and API Test Automation.
Good-to-Have: Hands-on experience in Accessibility Testing (A11Y) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Test application code components and follow Agile practices. Participate in Solution Design. Perform unit testing using JUnit, build functional test scripts, and automate using Selenium. Debugging and defect resolution. (Optional) Set up CI/CD environment and implement/use DevOps tools for automated build, test, and release. Provide insights and recommendations based on past experience. Incorporate feedback as per Agile principles via Show and Tell. Ensure development meets 90% JUnit test coverage at API level.
