Your future role





Take on a new challenge and apply your testing and commissioning expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.



You'll play a key role in ensuring our trains are tested rigorously and meet customer expectations before commissioning. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Manufacturing, Project T&C, Quality, and Digital Information Systems), manage the repair of failures, and ensure compliance with testing procedures, and much more.



You'll specifically take care of systematically handing over trains from manufacturing and executing serial test procedures, but also trace and escalate unresolved deviations to the EPU Test Manager.



We'll look to you for:


Understanding in detail the acceptance criteria of the customer for the project/product Carrying out systematic handovers from manufacturing Rigorously respecting and following test procedures Ensuring all serial test procedures are covered and completing test reports Managing the repair of failures as they appear and tracing each failure with precision Proposing process improvements and ensuring testing tools are up-to-date Complying with EHS procedures and reporting any deviations, near-misses, or accidents Fostering a team spirit and maintaining transparency with your shift and others

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) 3-7 years of experience in industrial activities related to testing and commissioning Experience in electrical, control, onboard communications, and network systems within process industries, railways, or factory automation Good level of English proficiency Proficiency in IT tools and smart devices Familiarity with high-risk activities associated with electrical work and EHS requirements Technical expertise in electrical, electronic, mechanical, and network domains Result-driven mindset and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
