Could you be the full-time T&C Engineer in Sricity, Tada, Andhra Pradesh we're looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and problem-solving expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless testing and commissioning of trains, contributing to the delivery of high-quality, reliable products. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (including Test Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality), manage the resolution of technical issues, and ensure compliance with safety and testing standards, and much more.

You'll specifically take care of conducting systematic train tests and completing test reports, but also managing repairs and escalating unresolved deviations when necessary.

We'll look to you for:

Understanding and implementing customer acceptance criteria for the project/product. Carrying out systematic handovers from manufacturing. Following test procedures rigorously and ensuring all procedures are covered. Documenting and tracing all failures with precision and rigor. Proposing process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. Ensuring compliance with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) procedures and reporting deviations or near-misses.

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That's why we don't expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we've listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical). Experience or understanding of industrial activities related to testing and commissioning (3-7 years). Knowledge of electrical, control, onboard communications, and network systems within process industries, railways, or factory automation. Familiarity with IT tools and smart devices. A strong understanding of EHS requirements, especially in association with electrical work. Good technical knowledge in electrical, electronic, mechanical, and network domains. Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in complex environments. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Things you'll enjoy

Join us on a life-long transformative journey - the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You'll also:

Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from boring daily routines. Work with new security standards for rail signalling. Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues. Contribute to innovative projects. Utilise our dynamic and forward-thinking working environment. Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries. Benefit from our investment in your development, through award-winning learning. Progress towards leadership or technical expert roles. Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical, pension).

You don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you'll be proud. If you're up for the challenge, we'd love to hear from you!
