Job Responsibilities \xe2\x97\x8f Handle Taxi Booking for clients, ensuring timely and accurate bookings based on their preferences and requirements. \xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with vendors to negotiate competitive rates and secure the best possible deals for our clients. \xe2\x97\x8f Maintain a database of preferred Cabs and vendors , including their amenities, pricing, and policies. \xe2\x97\x8f Establish strong relationships to expand our network and offer a wider range of options. \xe2\x97\x8f Negotiate contractual agreements with Taxi vendors to secure favourable terms, exclusive rates, and additional perks for our clients. \xe2\x97\x8f Communicating with customers to answer questions about booking, pricing, or schedules. \xe2\x97\x8f Collecting payment from customers for booking, including cash, credit card transactions, checks, or money orders. \xe2\x97\x8f Entering customer information into a computer system to issue tickets or update records. \xe2\x97\x8f Explain applicable fees and taxes for each ticket. \xe2\x97\x8f Helping clients with travel-related questions. \xe2\x97\x8f Working alongside the tours sales team. \xe2\x9e\x94 Skills \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \xe2\x97\x8f Problem-solving skills \xe2\x97\x8f Strong negotiation skills \xe2\x9e\x94 Requirements
