The role of a Taxation Manager is to ensure that all taxes are paid in a timely and accurate manner, while also remaining compliant with all tax laws and regulations. They are responsible for managing all aspects of thee company\'s tax compliance and planning, including the preparation of tax returns, the analysis of tax implications of transactions, and the implementation of tax strategies. They must be knowledgeable of all tax laws, regulations, and filing requirements, and be able to provide sound advice to the company on tax-related matters.
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze and monitor taxation laws, rules, and regulations and provide advice to management on their implications.
• Prepare and file quarterly, annual, and other reports required by the relevant taxation authorities.
• Manage the company\'s tax compliance and planning processes.
• Develop and implement effective tax strategies to maximize the company\'s after-tax profits.
• Represent the company in all tax-related matters.
• Negotiate with the relevant tax authorities to resolve disputes.
• Prepare and submit tax returns, including estimated taxes.
• Monitor and review tax payments and returns to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.
