Skills and Responsibilities:



Tax Compliance and Reporting



Assist in preparing and reviewing international tax filings such as corporate income tax, VAT/GST, withholding tax and transfer pricing documentation across multiple countries Support in reviewing the tax accounting under IFRS/US GAAP including deferred tax calculations Support in Global tax reporting such as Pillar 2 requirements, CbCR notifications, etc.

Database Management



Maintain accurate tax records and documentation for internal and external reporting Manage and update internal tax-related database for compliance tracking Assist in establishing standardized processes for data collection and tax accounting across regions

Business Partnering



Collaborate with finance, legal and business teams to provide basic tax input on operational matters Assist in responding to queries from external auditors, consultants and tax authorities

Tax Planning and Strategy

Conduct research on tax issues and provide recommendations to ensure compliance and optimise Group tax positions Monitor updates in tax legislation and summarise key changes for the team

In addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management. These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization. The intent of this provision is to allow for flexibility and adaptability in meeting the dynamic needs of the organization, ensuring that operational requirements can be met efficiently. All such tasks will be assigned considering the employee's current workload and with respect to their professional development.

Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience:



Knowledge/ Qualification/ Training/ Certification:



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or related Inter-CA / Semi-Qualified (not pursuing CA) 5-10 years of experience in tax compliance, reporting or advisory roles Knowledge of International tax laws (including reading and interpreatation of Tax Treaty, OECD guidance, transfer pricing, cross-boarder taxation, etc.) Experience with tax accounting under IFRS or US GAAP Proficiency in MS Excel and Power Point

Communication

:

Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain tax concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with global stakeholders
