As a key member of the Tax Technology, Data, and Digitization (TTDD) team, the Tax Senior Manager will lead operational ownership of tax data activities across strategic transformation initiatives, including ERP replacement (Quantum). This role ensures seamless execution of data-related work and successful transition to ongoing operational support, driving long-term value through data integrity, process simplification, and digital enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of tax data experts to operationalize data and technology solutions across global tax functions.
Own and lead the tax data product backlog, ensuring prioritization, funding, and governance.
Represent tax data interests in strategic projects (e.g., ERP transformation).
Develop and implement a 3-5 year vision and roadmap for tax data operations.
Collaborate with IT, CDO, finance, and external partners to embed streamlined processes and controls.
Drive continuous improvement through automation, agile delivery, and digital innovation.
Mentor and develop team members to build future-ready tax capabilities.
Champion cultural and behavioral change to support modernization and standardization.
Ensure investments are aligned with strategic priorities and deliver measurable value.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
18+ years in finance/tax transformation, with deep expertise in data and process operationalization.
Validated leadership in leading tax data teams and transformation programs.
Solid understanding of finance/tax data concepts, governance, and compliance.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
Excellent collaborator and stakeholder management experience, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to lead multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Desirable Skills
Knowledge of emerging tax technologies, AI, and digitalization trends.
Experience working with Big 4 firms and multi-functional global teams.
Familiarity with industry standard methodologies in tax data management and automation.
