This open position is for Armanino India LLP, which is located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino LLP (USA). Job Responsibilities Preparation and review tax returns as it relates to high-net-worth individuals, primarily their personal income tax return as well as their closely held businesses, trust, estate, and gift tax returns Conduct tax research into industry and government developments as it relates to wealth planning opportunities and strive to maintain up-to-date tax knowledge Identify key planning opportunities throughout the year and develop a framework for tax strategies that best align with client needs and goals Assist in identifying and promoting the development of new delivery capabilities and/or channels to satisfy evolving market requirements Support the partner team in the development and planning of practice strategy, objectives , and budgets Build on strong coaching skills to mentor key talent Train, develop, and mentor Interns and Staff Requirements Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Accounting , Tax, Finance or related discipline Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting in taxation or equivalent experience Certified Public Accountant (US) or qualified Chartered Accountant Expert knowledge on Axcess Tax, XCM, TaxCaddy , SurePrep , and Caseware preferred Experience with a wide variety of entity types Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills Excellent communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications Tech savvy & adaptable to changing work expectations Compensation and Benefits Compensation: Commensurate with Industry standards Other Benefits: Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical Insurance, Group Personal Accident Insurance etc. employment benefits depending on the position.
