Job Description

The Tax and will be responsible for overseeing tax compliance, financial reporting, and accounting operations in accordance with Indian tax laws and financial regulations. This role involves managing

Goods and Services Tax (GST)

compliance,

income tax filings

, and ensuring adherence to

Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)

. The manager will also supervise accounting processes, including budgeting, financial analysis, and audits.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with

GST, income tax, and other direct/indirect taxes

. Oversee the preparation and filing of

tax returns

and manage tax audits. Develop tax strategies to optimize tax obligations and minimize liabilities. Conduct financial analysis and reporting, ensuring accuracy in financial statements. Manage accounting operations, including

accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processing

. Collaborate with auditors during financial and tax audits Stay updated on changes in

Indian tax laws and accounting regulations

Prepare and present detailed reports on the company's financial and tax situation to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree

in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.

CA Inter, CA Finalist, GDCA, CWA

preferred. Strong knowledge of

Indian tax laws, GST, Ind AS, and financial reporting standards

. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong leadership and communication skills.
