Work you\'ll do

As an Executive in our GES Compliance team you\'ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You will: \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparation of Tax withholding and advance tax calculations \xe2\x80\xa2 Deliver compliance related work \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparation and filing of individual returns of NRIs, VIPs and expatriates (inbound and outbound) \xe2\x80\xa2 Deliver other Tax, Immigration and social security related compliance services \xe2\x80\xa2 Interacting with overseas Deloitte offices and overseas clients \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaising with clients for Compensation and Downloading compensation data from e-Room \xe2\x80\xa2 Uploading the tax return on the website \xe2\x80\xa2 Filing and preparation of engagement letters, invoices, tax returns, form-16 \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting in using GES technology tools for client work \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparation of various internal MIS reports for the purpose of arriving at the time cost incurred, billing

Qualifications/ Experience

• Bachelor\'s/ Master\'s Degree in Commerce \xe2\x80\xa2 1 year of BPO experience in any F&A profile \xe2\x80\xa2 Good English communication skills (Written and verbal) \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in use of MS Excel \xe2\x80\xa2 Process oriented and Quality work delivery \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective communication and presentation skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Quick learning on the job
