Our training also covers guidance on handling of Valuation of companies, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Consolidation of global operations as per law, Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) related topics




We also focus on the softskills of employees. The training is conducted in-house and also we invite professionals having required technical knowledge. Role Overview

The Tax Executive will support the Income Tax team and work closely with the Tax Manager. The role offers hands-on exposure, focusing on direct tax compliance, documentation, and client support.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns Compute taxable income, tax liability, and advance tax Support in handling income tax notices and assessment cases Assist in tax audits and preparation of Form 3CD Maintain documentation and coordinate with clients Ensure timely completion of assigned work

Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (preferred) Experience in a CA firm is an advantage Freshers with interest in taxation can apply

Skills Required

Basic knowledge of Income Tax Working knowledge of MS Excel and Tally preferred Ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively
