Learn more about our Tax Practice Work you\xe2\x80\x99ll do As an Assistant Manager in our BPS Tax team you\xe2\x80\x99ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You will: \xef\x82\xb7 Supervising a team of executives involved in maintenance of books of account in accounting software like Tally/SAP or MS Navision \xef\x82\xb7 \xef\x82\xb7 Independently managing clients and developing sound business relationship \xef\x82\xb7 \xef\x82\xb7 Helping team in Business development on the client managed by the employee \xef\x82\xb7 Hands on experience in MS NAV/Tally/SAP \xef\x82\xb7 Preparation of financial statements and audit schedules as per India GAAP \xef\x82\xb7 Liaising with auditors/banks /clients \xef\x82\xb7 Preparation and E-filing of VAT/Service tax and TDS returns \xef\x82\xb7 Payroll processing and suggesting way to make the system efficient and introduce relevant controls \xef\x82\xb7 Preparation of Monthly MIS and reconciliations etc. Qualifications \xef\x82\xb7 C.A \xef\x82\xb7 Good oral and written communication skills \xef\x82\xb7 Able to work under pressure and multitask \xef\x82\xb7 Able to meet deadlines \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain office ethics and confidentiality \xef\x82\xb7 Team worker \xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures Your role as a leader At Deloitte India, we believe in the importance of leadership at all levels.
