A career in our Tax Reporting and Strategy practice, within Innovation services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients’ tax departments redesign, redefine, and redeploy tax to be a strategic asset across the enterprise. You’ll focus on assisting clients incorporate increased automation in the tax reporting process, increase analytic capabilities through data integration, and create solid internal controls that will enable the Tax function to deliver better quality output and contribute more strategically to organisational decision making.

Preferred skills
  • Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), including the following:
  • Understanding all stages of the sourcing/procurement and contracting processes (both buy and sell side);
  • Extensive experience implementing various CLM systems (e.g., Icertis, Coupa, Conga/Apttus, Agiloft, DocuSign, Ariba, SirionLabs, Zycus, Oracle) which includes the technical design of the platform to meet client objectives, UAT testing, change management techniques, etc.
  • Working experience with CLM solution features, functionality and benefits to assist clients with vendor selection;
  • Preferred certification in one of the following project management methodologies: PMP, Prince2, SCRUM/AGILE, Waterfall, or Critical Chain;
  • Working experience with object-oriented programming (.NET/Java), including designing, coding, testing, and troubleshooting, relational databases (Oracle/SQL Server), including the ability to write and execute SQL queries, PL/SQL (procedures, triggers, functions, etc.); and,
  • Working experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, ASP.NET.

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in CLM Technology Implementation
