Job Responsibilities:
Cold Calling Executive:
Reach out to potential clients, generate leads, and set appointments.
Client Interaction Specialist:
Handle client queries, provide updates, and maintain client satisfaction.
US Tax Preparer:
Assist in preparing and filing US tax returns accurately and timely.
Maintain records of client interactions and update CRM systems.
Collaborate with team members to achieve targets.
Qualifications:
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience
Good communication skills
Interest in US taxation domain
Ability to work in a team and handle client interactions professionally
