Key Responsibilities

Direct Tax:

ITR filing, TDS returns, advance tax working, AIS/26AS reconciliation, handling notices.

GST / Indirect Tax:

Monthly/quarterly GST returns, GSTR-2B/3B reconciliations, Annual return & GST audit support, drafting replies.

Tax Audit (Essential):

Preparing

Form 3CD

working papers Ledger scrutiny & schedules Clause-wise reporting & documentation

Company Law / MCA:

Annual filings, DIR-3 KYC, incorporation support, event-based filings & resolutions. Maintain audit documentation, schedules, compliance trackers. Client coordination & follow-ups for timely compliance.

Qualification:

CA Inter

(Both groups preferred; at least one group mandatory)

OR

Graduate with minimum 2+ years relevant experience

in Tax, GST & Tax Audit in a CA firm/any Company

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience is mandatory.

Must be able to handle work

independently

Technical Skills:

Tally ERP / Tally Prime

(Preferred) Knowledge of

Zoho Books / Busy / QuickBooks / other accounting software

(Preferred) Good proficiency in

MS Excel

(VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic analysis). Strong communication & documentation skills.
