Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Tawa Cook with 1 year of experience in preparing a variety of Tawa-based dishes. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Indian street food, parathas, kebabs, tawa sabzis, and quick snacks made on the tawa. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook Tawa dishes as per recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cooking area. Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company expectations. Assist in inventory management for tawa-related items. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Work with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy hours. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Tawa Cook. Knowledge of Indian street food and tawa cooking techniques. Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure. Good communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ?9,569.36 - ?31,410.45 per month
