Roles & Responsibilities



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls. Assist customers with order queries, delivery status, payments, and product information. Resolve customer issues with a polite and professional approach. Maintain call logs and update customer information. Coordinate with internal teams for order-related concerns. Ensure customer satisfaction and meet daily call/quality targets.
