Prepare and cook tandoor items such as kebabs, rotis, naans, tikkas, and platters
Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation as per restaurant standards
Handle and maintain the tandoor safely (coal/gas/electric)
Ensure proper marination, portion control, and minimal food wastage
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for timely order execution
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tandoor area and equipment
Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen SOPs
Assist in menu execution and special event service when required
