The Tandoori Chef is responsible for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of authentic, high-quality Tandoori cuisine in the resort's kitchen. This role requires expertise in operating and maintaining a tandoor oven, mastering traditional Indian cooking techniques, and ensuring all dishes meet the resort's premium standards for taste, presentation, and food safety.

Tandoor Operation and Cooking:

?Prepare and cook a diverse menu of tandoori items, including various meats (chicken, lamb, fish), vegetables, and breads (Naan, Roti, Paratha) in the traditional clay oven. ?Monitor and maintain the tandoor oven's temperature and cleanliness for optimal performance and safety. ?Ensure proper grilling and roasting techniques are used to achieve the signature smoky flavor, texture, and consistency.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
