only for preparing Tandoori items and North Indian starters
-- including kebabs, tikkas, tandoori breads, and grills. No responsibilities for South Indian or Chinese cuisines.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of
Tandoori dishes
such as paneer tikka, mushroom tikka, chaap, soya kebabs, tandoori aloo, and other grilled starters.
Handle
tandoor oven operations
including roti, naan, lachha paratha, kulcha, etc.
Maintain consistent flavor, texture, and portion control.
Ensure proper marination, cooking temperature, and presentation.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the tandoor section.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth order flow during service hours.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience
as a
Tandoori Chef
or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of marinades, grilling techniques, and tandoor handling.
Able to handle pressure during busy service times.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
