Assist in preparation of Tandoor dishes (Indian & Mughlai cuisine)
Support CDP/DCDP in daily tandoor kitchen operations
Handle marination, skewering, dough preparation, and basic tandoor cooking
Operate and maintain tandoor oven safely
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen
Follow standard recipes and portion control
Assist during peak hours and service time
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years experience as Tandoor Commis Chef
Basic knowledge of tandoor cooking techniques and marinades
Experience in handling tandoor equipment
Willingness to learn and grow in the kitchen
Ability to work under pressure
Team player with a positive attitude
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene
