- Cook a variety of dishes in the tandoor oven, including naan bread, kebabs, and tandoori chicken.
- Monitor tandoor oven temperature and adjust as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the tandoor area.
- Assist with other kitchen tasks as needed.
- Previous experience as a Tandoor Cook.
- Knowledge of tandoor cooking techniques and Indian spices.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Food provided
