Mystic Manali Hotel is looking for a skilled and passionate
Tandoori Cook
to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing authentic North Indian and tandoori dishes while maintaining high standards of hygiene, taste, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a wide range of
tandoori items
such as tandoori roti, naan, kebabs, tikkas, and grilled specialties.
Ensure
timely preparation
of dishes during breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
Maintain
cleanliness and organization
in the tandoor section and kitchen area.
Monitor and manage
tandoor temperature
for consistent cooking results.
Follow
standard recipes
and maintain food quality and portion control.
Assist in
menu planning
and suggest new tandoori or regional dishes.
Ensure
freshness of ingredients
and proper storage of food items.
Comply with
hotel hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
Coordinate with
head chef and kitchen team
for smooth kitchen operations.
Handle kitchen equipment carefully and report any maintenance issues.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-4 years
of experience as a Tandoori Cook in a hotel or restaurant.
In-depth knowledge of
North Indian and Punjabi cuisine.
Ability to work in
fast-paced
kitchen environments.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Must maintain
personal hygiene and grooming standards.
Should be
punctual, disciplined, and reliable.
Flexibility to work
long shifts (12 hours)
including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹12,999.00 - ₹14,999.00 per month
