Skilled in making rotis, naans, and grilled tandoor items consistently.
Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
Must be punctual, disciplined, and work well in a team.
Willing to relocate or stay near Berhampur.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook
tandoori items
such as naan, roti, kulcha, kebabs, paneer tikka, etc.
Manage the tandoor (clay oven) temperature and consistency during service.
Marinate and grill vegetarian items as per recipes and plating standards.
Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team for smooth service.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and proper storage of ingredients.
Monitor prep quantities and minimize wastage.
Assist in menu improvements and seasonal dish planning.
