Cooking:

Prepare and cook various foods (vegetables, bread) in a tandoor oven, mastering high-temperature cooking techniques.

Preparation:

Marinate vegetables and prepare dough for breads like naan and roti.

Quality Control:

Ensure all dishes meet authentic flavors and high quality and presentation standards.

Oven Management:

Maintain the tandoor oven's temperature and ensure its overall cleanliness and functionality.

Hygiene & Safety:

Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness procedures.

Kitchen Operations:

Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain an organized and clean workstation.

Collaboration:

Work effectively with other kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
