We are looking for a skilled Tandoor Commis I to join our hotel's kitchen team. The role includes preparing tandoor items, ensuring food quality, and supporting daily operations. Candidates from the hospitality or hotel field are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook tandoor dishes such as naan, roti, kebabs, tikkas, and tandoori items.
Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all dishes.
Handle marination, dough preparation, and daily mise-en-place.
Maintain tandoor equipment and operate it safely.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Coordinate with CDP, Sous Chef, and Executive Chef for daily requirements.
Support buffet setups, banquets, and a la carte operations.
Properly store and label ingredients and raw materials.
Skills & Requirements
Knowledge of tandoor cooking methods and Indian cuisine.
Ability to handle high-temperature equipment safely.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
Hospitality / hotel field candidates preferred.
Salary
?22-23,000 CTC per month
