Tandoor Cooking:


Expertise in using a tandoor oven to cook a variety of Indian dishes, including naan bread, roti, kebabs, and other grilled meats and vegetables.

Marination:


Preparing marinades and rubs for meats, seafood, and vegetables to ensure they are flavorful and tender before being cooked in the tandoor.

Recipe Adherence:


Following traditional Indian recipes and techniques, while also potentially developing new tandoori dishes for the menu.

Quality and Presentation

:
Ensuring the consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all tandoori items.

Hygiene and Sanitation

:
Maintaining a clean and organized tandoor area and adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations. This includes the proper handling, storage, and preparation of food to prevent contamination.

Physical Demands

:
The role requires physical stamina to work in a hot kitchen environment and stand for long periods.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
