Role & Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook Indian breads (naan, roti, kulcha, paratha) and tandoori snacks (tikkas, kebabs, etc.) with consistency and quality. Assist in preparation and cooking of Indian main course dishes in coordination with senior chefs. Handle marination, mise-en-place, and daily kitchen operations efficiently. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the tandoor and kitchen areas. Follow portion control, presentation standards, and restaurant recipes. Work as an

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Tandoor Commi in a reputed restaurant. Proper knowledge of Indian breads, tandoori snacks, and Indian main course gravies. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen. Strong teamwork skills and willingness to contribute wherever needed. Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
